The culture of Dendrobatid frogs, being rainforest animals, seems to go hand-in-hand with the growing of plants capable of sharing their type of environment.  There are two main groups of these plants, which attract attention for different reasons.  The orchids, because of their attraction as a flowering plant, and the bromeliads, because of the part they play in the life cycles of many of the frog species we attempt to breed.  Indeed, breeding of some species would not be possible without them.
