The British Dendrobatid Group
Survey of Captive Species
Aromabates and
Colostethus section.
This is your opportunity to take part in a
world-wide survey which will hopefully indicate the health of captive
populations of Dendrobatid frogs. The data you provide is sent to me
completely anonymously. Only the data you provide on the form reaches me
via the BDG Website when you click the [Submit] button at the bottom of the
form. Other data, like the country in which you live, would be extremely useful but
not essential. Depending on the success of this survey, a similar one is
planned for Mantella species.
Please be patient, and work through the survey carefully.
As the data arrives to me, it will be published on this Website as soon as possible.
Simply click those boxes which apply to you and
leave the others empty.
Some require some input from you. For example, D. tinctorius gives
you the opportunity to tell me which of the many subspecies you are keeping.
Lastly, this list was created using the best data I have to hand. If you know of any significant changes that have been made to this taxonomy, then please let me know. There is a box at the bottom of the form, or email me now.
